Returns and Exchanges

Gemma Return Policy
Returns and exchanges accepted on merchandise with in 15 days of shipment for all items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and must have ALL tags attached. Handling charges are non refundable. All returns and exchanges must be made with in 15 days of shipment. To make returns please fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form from your invoice and include it with your return. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale items and swimwear are a FINAL SALE.

Shopbalagirls.com is not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

How to Return/Exchange Merchandise
Fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form that was sent with you original invoice, if you have misplaced this form you can obtain another one by emailing us info@shopbalagirls.com. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. For your protection please mail all returns via UPS or insured parcel post, we cannot accept C.O.D. delivers, this will provide you with a tracking number on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility on packages that we did not ship ourselves. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, shopbalagirls.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our company policy.

Crediting your Account
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment with in five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed from your order letting you know that you account has been credited. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information for shopbalagirls.com

Returning a gift
Fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form and include this form in the box with the merchandise to be returned. Once received we will credit back the original purchaser’s credit card unless otherwise stated by the customer.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Guidelines
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays or after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders cannot be processed unless all billing information is correct. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order is placed shopbalagirls.com will contact you via email letting you know if the merchandise you have selected is not currently out of stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO, as well with PO Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
DELVIERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We are happy to take your order over the phone. Please call during our regular business hours. Monday- Friday, 10am-5:30pm. Please be advised that if we are unable to check on merchandise for you due to store activity, we will take you name and number and call you back at our earliest conceivence. Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, occasionally we do sell out of certain merchandise. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, will notify you via email letting you know and let you know the status of that product. If an item is out of stock we will contact you. If you would like we could let you know when the item is restocked.

Ordering and Shipping Information:

After ordering, you will receive two email conformations from shopbalagirls.com; one confirming receipt of your order and one to notify you when your order has been shipped. You will also be given a tracking number for verification.

Please be advised that once your order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
